DOUBLE KOBE 2026 を開催いたします。

開催概要

日程：2026年12月5日（土）– 6日（日）搬入日12月4日（金）
会場：デザイン・クリエイティブセンター神戸（KIITO）https://kiito.jp/
KIITO HALL ,ギャラリーA　＆クリエイティブラウンジ
ブースサイズ：基本 2.5m × 2.5m

大きな賑わいをつくる催しではありませんが、
一人ひとりのお客様が時間をかけて滞在し、
作り手との対話の中で作品を選んでいく場です。

作品そのものだけでなく、
背景や思考も含めて手渡されていくような、
静かな場を目指しています。

応募対象

・ご自身で制作を行っている方
・作品の完成度に加え、制作背景や思考を含めて提示できる方
・素材や技法への理解をもとに、継続的に制作を行っている方
・クラフト、工芸、装身具、テキスタイル、アート・オブジェなどを軸としながら、現代的な視点で表現を行っている方
・展示空間において、作品を一つのまとまりとして構成できる方

※本展示は “contemporary art crafting exhibition” として、内容に応じた選考を行います。また開催時の表記は作家名（屋号併記）とします。フードは基本的に屋号

本展示で重視している点

・技術的な基盤があり、表現として成立していること
・一点ごとの質や意図が明確であること
・作品とつくり手のあいだに一貫性があること
・対話を通して作品の背景を伝えられること

本展示の趣旨と異なる例

・仕入れ品・セレクト商品のみで構成された出展
・量産を前提とした商品構成
・短期的な販売を主目的とした出展

写真提出について

応募時にご提出いただく作品写真は、選考において重要な判断材料となります。

作品の内容だけでなく、
質感や意図、制作の姿勢が伝わるものをご用意ください。

提出内容

・作品写真：4点以上
・制作風景および作家写真：1点以上
・出展風景画像：1点

推奨する写真

・作品全体がわかる構図
・素材や質感が伝わるもの
・背景や環境が整理されているもの
・過度な加工をしていない自然な色味の写真

避けていただきたい例

・過度なフィルターや加工が施されたもの
・文字や装飾が加えられた画像
・背景が雑然としているもの
・作品が小さく写っているもの
・実物の印象と大きく異なる写真

作品単体だけでなく、
制作の姿勢や空気感も含めて拝見しています。

DOUBLE KOBE 2026 — Open Call for Exhibitors

DOUBLE KOBE 2026 is a contemporary art crafting exhibition held in Kobe, Japan.
We invite makers whose work engages with material, technique, and thought through a contemporary perspective.

About DOUBLE KOBE

DOUBLE KOBE is not a market focused on scale or volume.

Rather than attracting large crowds, we value quiet engagement —
where each visitor spends time, encounters the work, and connects with the maker through dialogue.

The exhibition aims to present not only objects, but also the ideas, processes, and intentions behind them.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

Be the creator of their own work
Demonstrate technical understanding and continuity in their practice
Present both the outcome and the conceptual background of their work
Approach craft with a contemporary perspective
Be able to construct a cohesive presentation within the booth
Selection Criteria

We evaluate:

Technical foundation and integrity of making
Clarity of intention in each piece
Consistency between concept and output
Ability to communicate the work through dialogue
Not Suitable For
Resale or curated goods without original production
Mass-produced items
Participation focused primarily on short-term sales
Image Submission

Submitted images are a key part of the selection process.

Applicants are required to submit:

At least 4 images of their work
At least 1 image of their process or themselves
Recommended
Clear view of the work
Shows material and detail
Clean and minimal background
Natural color without heavy editing
Not Recommended
Heavy filters or excessive editing
Text overlays or graphic decorations
Cluttered backgrounds
Misleading representation of the work
